Terms and Conditions

  1. Volumetric Conversion: For shipments worldwide, volumetric weight is calculated using the formula L × B × H (in cm) / 5000. Should the customer require freight and delivery to a specified destination globally, we will calculate the volumetric weight using L × B × H (in cm) / 6000.

  2. Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are based on the last mile delivery schedule. Please note that transit times may be affected by delays caused by airlines, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Service Type: Our services are provided on a door-to-door basis.

  4. Shipping Terms: We offer two Incoterms for shipping: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Destination duties and taxes are included. DAP (Delivered at Place): Destination duties and taxes are excluded. Customers may choose the option that best suits their requirements.

  5. Odd Size Handling Charges: Charges for handling unusually sized packages will apply according to the terms set by our courier and airline partners.

  6. Chargeable Weight: Both actual and volumetric weights will be recorded upon collection. The higher of the two weights will be deemed the chargeable weight for invoicing purposes.

  7. Returns: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the consignee, or refusal of the parcel by the consignee, return and reshipping charges will apply as per courier rates.

  8. Customs Documentation: If customs require any documents or papers from the consignee, it is the consignee's responsibility to provide them. Should a shipment be returned for any reason, the associated costs will be billed to the consignor or consignee.

  9. Address Changes: Any changes made to the address by the consignee will incur additional charges in accordance with courier rates.

  10. Invoice Requirement: An original invoice must be provided by the shipper for all shipments.

  11. Inspection of Goods: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the contents within one week. If there are any damaged goods, please submit a claim to us, including details of the damage and four photographs of the packaging.
