1. Volumetric conversion is calculated at L*B*H CMS/5000 for all over the global
2. We will calculate L*B*H CMS/6000 if customer needs freight and delivery at destination in Global
3. Estimated delivery time : AS PER SCHEDULE OF LAST MILE DELIVERY
4. The transit time excludes the delay by Airlines, Customs clearance & any circumstance which is beyond our control.
5. The service will be done on door to door basis.
6. We have DDP incoterm (destination duty tax included ) and DAP incotrem ( destination duty tax excluding ) shipping process that we can apply to customer as per their requirement .
7. Odd size handling charge will be apply as per courier and airlines trim and condition !
8. Both actual and volumetric weight will be recorded after collection. The greater of these two weights is then taken as the chargeable weight on invoice.
9. If a shipment is returned due to bad address, consignee not available or refusal of the parcel by the consignee, the return and reshipping charges would be charged as per Couriers rates.
10. If customs requires any papers or documents from the consignee, they have to provide it. Providing clearance document at destination is receiver responsibility & if shipment is being return for any XYZ reason will be billed to the sender.
11. If any change of address done by the consignee, the extra charges for it will be charged to you as per Courier rates.
12. Original Invoice is must be provide by the shipper .
13. After you received your packets, you have to check it within a week and if their is some damage goods you have to send claim us with details of damage goods and 4 side picture of packing box .
